The Lynn Sage Cancer Research Foundation (LSCRF) will host its 26th Annual Play for the Cure Golf Outing on Monday, June 26 at the Lake Shore Country Club, 1255 Sheridan Road, in Glencoe. With proceeds going toward breast cancer research and educational programs at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and the Robert H. Lurie Comprehensive Cancer Center of Northwestern University, the event invites golfers of all skill levels to enjoy a day of fun in the sun as they “putt for pink.”
The 18-hole outing begins with registration at 11 a.m., followed by a buffet lunch. Tee-off is at 1 p.m. and the day is capped off with an evening cocktail and hors d’oeuvres reception until 7 p.m.
Tickets for the 26th Annual Play for the Cure Golf Outing are $900 per person, with an option to purchase a foursome for $3,600. “Under 40” tickets are available for $550 per person and can be purchased by golfers who will be under 40 years of age prior to the event.
The Play for the Cure Golf Outing is co-chaired by Melissa Mazzetta and Bari Anixter Mlodinoff. Premier Sponsor is $20,000. The $7,500 will serve as the “Double Eagle” Sponsor, $5,000 as the “Eagle” Sponsors and $2,500 serve as the “Birdie” Sponsors. Sponsorships are available from $2,500 to $20,000.
