When she’s not running around the restaurant keeping things on track, Frasca devotes time to her other passion project, The Wine Huntress. Frasca took her hobby and love of the grape to another level by obtaining a Certification Level 1 from the American Court Masters, Level 1 and 2 with the International Sommelier Guild, and her Viticulture and Vinification Certification from the American Sommelier Association. Next, she began bidding on special vintages all over the globe so she could share them with an exclusive members-only wine club in Chicago.
