These new additions represent the successful, and still building, partnership between Rebel Hospitality, which owns dana hotel and spa, and The Fifty/50 Restaurant Group, which currently owns and operates establishments such as Bunny Slope, West Town Bakery & Diner and The Berkshire Room.
As part of the collaboration, The Fifty/50 Restaurant Group will introduce a new chef and two cocktail-focused concepts at dana hotel and spa. The new features will also include an upscale seafood restaurant on the ground floor, a theatrical bar run by acclaimed barman Benjamin Schiller on the second floor, and an elevated rooftop lounge.

The owners of the luxury boutique hotel are also excited for dana’s new features, delighted to bring fresh ideas to the hotel known for its philosophy of living in the moment.
