
Pineapple Lassi
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces fresh Pineapple
- Juice of ½ a lime
- ¼ cup of Rum
- 1 tablespoon Palo Cortado Sherry
- ½ cup of Greek yogurt
Method:
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend. Pour over ice. Garnish with microplane nutmeg to taste.
Watermelon Lassi
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces fresh watermelon
- 1 banana
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- Juice of ½ a lime
- Pinch of salt
- Teaspoon Buckwheat honey
- ¼ cup of vodka
Method:
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend. Pour over ice. Garnish with microplane wild tonga bean.
Gin Cucumber Mint Lassi
Ingredients:
- .5 cup plain Greek yogurt
- .5 oz honey
- .5 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
- 5 fresh mint leaves
- .25 peeled and diced cucumber
- pinch of salt
- 2 oz gin
- cup of ice
- Spritz of tonic or soda water for a drop of fizz to finish
Method:
Put all ingredients in blender with a cup of ice and blend. Add a splash of tonic water. Garnish with a mint leaf or cucumber slice.
